Of course you can get free samples! But you have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.
As long as the order for a single style and single color reaches US$3,000, we can refund the sample fee to you!
There is a small note here: we only refund the cost of making makeup brush samples. Mold costs or other expenses are not included in the refund!
For example, the sample fee for a set of 12PCS makeup brushes is US$80. As long as your bulk order is more than or equal to US$3,000, we will refund the US$80 sample fee to you!

Q: Sample price?
Answer:
Customized makeup brush set samples cost US$80 per set (such as a set of 15 pieces).
The sample fee for customizing a single makeup brush is US$30 per piece .
Without customization cost about US$10. You can choose our RTS makeup brushes, the price will be cheaper because we have materials.
For some special makeup brushes, when it comes to mold fees, you need to pay additional mold fees. Different molds have different costs, and the specific costs depend on your needs.
Q: Sample service?
Answer:
We provide free makeup brush design drafts. Once you confirm, we will start making samples immediately.
You can customize the number of makeup brushes, color, brush head shape, size, bristles material, mouth tube material, handle material, LOGO, packaging, etc. All-round customization is up to you.
Q: Sample making time?
Answer:
It usually takes 7~15 days to complete the sample production.
If you only need our ready-to-ship products (RTS), we can ship them to you the same day.
For designs with special processes, the production time will depend on the specific circumstances.
Q: Sample shipping cost?
Answer:
Usually it is 30 US dollars. If delivered to the United States by express (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), it will be about 30 US dollars.
The actual shipping cost will be determined based on your address and zip code. Please provide it to us and we can help you check the shipping cost.

Usually it takes 5~7 days, delivered to the United States by express (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). However, around the Spring Festival or other special circumstances, the shipping time may be extended.
If sent to your freight forwarder or China office, it will usually be delivered within 3 days.
Q: How to track sample shipment?

We will provide you with the express delivery number after the sample is sent.
You can track the transportation status of the sample by querying the logistics track.
