6. Can I have the free samples before order?
Yes, Can.but you need pay Sample shipping cost. I can send 1 set free sample to check the quality if you don’t mind the color and style. But we will charge the sample fee if you would like to customize own design.
7. Can I customize my own logo?
Yes, private logo can be customized. We will print the logo on the handle or engrave in on the ferrule.
8. Can you do any colors or do you have certain ones to choose from ?
Any colors are available, just need the pantone number or actual sample to adjust color.Also there is a catalogue for color reference.

9. What's your MOQ, can I take less?
1）The MOQ is based on your different order and packaging choose. Please contact us for more details.
2）The RTS product, MOQ is just 1 set for each design.
3）The OEM&ODM product,The MOQ is 500 sets for each design.It is difficult to order the raw materials if the quantity is lower than it.

11. What's your lead time?
1)Sample 7-10 working days
2)Customized shape and color 35-45 working days after confirming the sample. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity.
3)1 day for RTS products,7-15 days for within 500 sets,1 month for over 1000 sets.
12. What packaging do you have?

13. What express do you use?
